Primary Level Goals: Students will work independently and cooperatively and be able to follow simple directions given by the teacher. Students will also be able to describe one effect that physical activity has on the body.
Intermediate Level Goals: Students will be able to name exercises appropriate for developing strength, flexibility, endurance and agility. Students will also be able to identify roles and responsibilities of offensive and defensive players.
Upper Level Goals: The students will be able to understand and demonstrate concepts related to team sports and individual sports.
