TUITION BASED AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM 2016/2017

We are pleased to be offering the Tuition Based After-School Program for the 2016-2017 school-year. Students in kindergarten through eighth grades will be able to participate in the program. Tuition Based After-School will begin the first day of school, and run through the duration of the school-year, ending the last full day of school. The program runs Monday-Friday from 2:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m., however, you may pick your child up any time after 2:30 p.m. It is expected that your child will remain in the program throughout the duration of the school year once you sign up. The program will consist of homework support, literacy, academic enrichment, music, dance, art, physical activities and much more! The students are provided a snack around 4:00 each day as well!

Students must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. each night. Transportation for this program is the parent’s responsibility, as no bus service will be provided. It is very important that students are picked up on time, as a Late Pick-Up Policy is enforced after 6:00 p.m.

The cost of the program will be $90.00 per week for the first child, $60.00 per week for the second child, and $50.00 per week for the third child. (These fees are subject to change.) No adjustments will be made due to student absences.Payments are made every two weeks, and must be paid in the form of personal check or money order. Please understand that we are unable to accept cash for this program.

Please make sure to list at least two emergency contacts as they will serve as the primary points of contact if we are unable to reach you in case of emergency. Please note After-School is a program we offer to all our students and it is our expectation students meet the behavior and academic expectations of the program. The school reserves the right to remove any student who is a disruption to the academic and learning environment. Parents will be notified about the need for removal by both Dr. Hagstrom and Ms. Pacheco. Late payment is also cause of removal from the program.

NO PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. If you are interested in this program, please fill out the application. You will receive information over the summer regarding when to make your first payment, and how to reserve a spot for your child. This program tends to fill up quickly, so please convey your interest now, and watch for more information at the end of August in order to make your first payment.
